My passion for baking was first kindled at the age of 7, when I was asked to make a batch of brownies for a school project. It sparked a fire, and the fledgling fire became a blaze when I attended Johnson and Wales University, where I learned combining my creativity with the scientific precision necessary in the baking and pastry arts (JWU’s International Baking & Pastry Institute® sets the global standard).
There I learned that desserts do not need to be seen as “guilty” or “unhealthy.” Why should you not have a delectable brownie that nourishes your body as well as delights your taste buds? Why can’t cookies also be brain food? Why should treats that taste so good, be so bad for us?
In addition to being a mom of four great children, I’m living my dream, creating delicious healthy Specialty Confections® that make your day. Please feel free to contact me on the Contact page. Or for my most frequently asked questions, click here: FAQ’s.
Don’t miss my Samples page for some ideas of what’s possible, and what’s possible is only limited to your imagination. And mine.
Thank you.
